So your turning 1, whatcha doing for your birthday? Oh you know, showing everyone how I can dig into a cool cake my mom got just for me! And I get to be photographed all looking cute, eating my yummy cake, I don't even have to share it with party guests LOL! 

I love cake smash sessions, especially with clients that have been with me through their pregnancies and newborn sessions! I got to know Cam's mom before he was even born and I love seeing him grow! I was so excited when his mom contacted me for his cake smash session. I love to see these little ones reactions to a whole cake being set in front of them! And his mom had the cutest little props for him!

Another Montana high school senior on the blog today! I know how I say how much I love seniors, but I truly do! I loved spending time with this senior and his parents, getting to know what he wants to do post graduation was amazing to hear! Check out some of his senior pictures! We even added a family shoot at the same time! I loved how the images of him and his mom turned out. I have years to go before I have a senior, and I can't imagine as a mom how proud you feel, but how emotional it is to have your baby grow up before your eyes! Thank you to the Stagg family for the great outdoor shoot! I had fun getting to know all of you!

I've always been drawn to photographing high school seniors, its such a passion of mine to capture their true personalities through my lens. I love hearing what they are dreaming about post graduation, what their goals are, what they are passionate about. I've met so many amazing seniors over these past 8 years of running my business and Kara is truly one of a kind. Her smile & laughs are so sweet & genuine. Check out her breathtaking photoshoot! 

Kara decided to be a senior rep for me in Townsend, so we got not just one session in, but 2! She is truly so talented, kind & caring. We had fun running around to different locations, capturing some fun, sassy & sophisticated images for her senior year! I am very excited to have her on board to rep for me this year!

Since Kara had her guitar out for pictures, I told her she should sing! I absolutely love a cappella singing with a guitar! So I recorded a quick video of her playing this sweet song on location where we were shooting! It was so cool! I love seeing my senior's talent shine through during their sessions with me! Have a listen....and don't mind my filming skills lol not a pro in that area!
